These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the test preparation platform operated as RetakePrep by New Chapter Institute LLC at retakeprep.com (the "Site"). By creating an account, purchasing a prep product, or accessing any study materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals preparing to retake a standardized examination, or the parents or guardians of such students. You are responsible for ensuring that any prep path or study content you use is appropriate for your specific examination, jurisdiction, and timeline.

2. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing logins, providing access to other individuals, or attempting to misrepresent identity is not permitted.

3. Registration & Official Requirements

We make a good-faith effort to maintain accurate study content and account records. However, you remain responsible for confirming current registration deadlines, retake policies, attempt limits, score-reporting rules, and any other requirements directly with the organization that administers your examination. Testing policies can change and may vary by situation.

4. Study Content & Originality

All practice questions, explanations, passages, and diagnostics on the Site are original educational content, independently authored and screened before release to align with the publicly described structure and skills of each examination. They are not actual, retired, or paraphrased questions from any official examination, and no official examination content is used in their creation. Practice results, estimated scores, and readiness indicators are study tools only; they are not official scores and do not predict official results. Test names are used solely to identify the examination a product prepares you for; the organizations that own those examinations are not affiliated with and do not endorse this Site.

5. Trademarks

SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board. LSAT® is a registered trademark of the Law School Admission Council, Inc. GRE® is a registered trademark of ETS. NCLEX® is a registered trademark of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. None of these organizations are affiliated with, sponsor, or endorse RetakePrep.

6. Intellectual Property

All study text, questions, explanations, diagnostics, and other materials on the Site are owned by New Chapter Institute LLC or its content providers and are provided for your personal exam preparation. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute study content without written permission.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Use of the Site does not guarantee any score, score improvement, admission, licensure, or other outcome. Examination results depend on many factors outside our control, including your preparation and the content of official examinations.

8. Purchases & Refunds

Prices and product scope are shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, prep products are one-time purchases with lifetime access, not subscriptions. "Lifetime" means for as long as RetakePrep offers that exam's prep product; access is per exam and does not extend to other exams, and does not guarantee updates for future changes to a test's format. Refund terms are described in our refund policy at the time of purchase.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Site to violate any examination organization's rules, including sharing live or secure exam content. You may not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download study content, or use the Site to build a competing question bank.
