RetakePrep Refund Policy

RetakePrep is run by New Chapter Institute LLC and sells digital exam preparation. Your purchase opens the question bank, practice tests and progress tools for that product as soon as payment clears.

1. The guarantee

You have a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product you buy here. If it isn't working for you, tell us within 30 days of paying and we will return the whole amount. Any reason is good enough, and a short email from your account address is all it takes.

2. After you request a refund

• We refund to whichever card or payment method you used at checkout. Expect it to show up 5 to 10 business days after we confirm it.
• Your access to that product stops once the refund goes through.
• Each customer can use the guarantee one time per product. After a refund, buying the same product again does not renew it.
• Past the 30-day mark the guarantee no longer applies, though you are welcome to ask and we will consider the circumstances.

3. If you can't get in

Should a problem on our side lock you out of something you bought, we'll get you back in. Time spent sorting that out does not count against your 30 days.

4. Your exam timeline

Test dates, registration cutoffs and application deadlines come from the organization that runs your exam, and keeping up with them is on you. Once the 30 days are up, a missed date or a rule change is not grounds for a refund.
